Welcome to my home, the Aurora Leigh Bed & Breakfast. I spent the first year renovating and restoring this beautiful Queen Anne Victorian and I am eager to share it with any who appreciate old homes. I had always hoped that one day I would be able to open a bed and breakfast. When I travel, I always look to stay in a bed and breakfast; I like the atmosphere, the elegance, the feeling that I am among friends, and the feeling that I have taken a step back from the time consuming pressures of living in today's fast-paced world. My favorite bed & breakfast vacation spots are Cape May, NJ; the Smoky mountains at Gatlinburg, TN; and Victoria, located on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.
My goal--my hope--is to create the same kind of experience for you that I enjoy when I travel. What this means is that you can expect concierge-style service. In addition to elegant breakfasts, spacious rooms, and a warm and inviting atmosphere, I will help you get tickets to the Millbrook Playhouse, schedule a rafting adventure with Rock & Trail Outfitters, or make reservations for you at Le Jeune Chef restaurant.
